How many inspections does it take to get an occupancy permit?

We’re having new office space built out and we’ll be moving at the end of the month (hopefully). I’m learning a lot about this process as we go through it. Here are some of the inspections/permits that we’ve had to get:
- ceiling electrical
- ceiling mechanical
- ceiling final
- wall electrical
- wall mechanical
- wall final
- low voltage
- sprinkler
- hydro
- fire alarm
- plumbing
- building final
I’m sure there more than that - those are just the ones I’ve had to deal with.
