I’m having problems with my TiVoHD unit (second unit, same problems). After tinkering with things I finally decided to go to TiVo for help. While I was bummed to see that they don’t offer support via email (”at this time”), it was nice of them to at least come out and say it. It is really frustrating to spend several minutes poking around on a site looking for the email support option only to discover that the option doesn’t exist.

Why doesn’t TiVo offer email support?
